01 · Capture & qualify

Every reply is already a lead you own.

Fluxo builds a CRM out of the people who actually talk to you. Direct messages, story replies, story mentions and public comments all land in one list, ranked by how recently and how deeply each person engaged — and a rule can promote any of them to a qualified lead the moment they hand over an email address.

How one contact gets to Hot.

The score is a sum of what someone did, discounted by how long ago they did it. Nothing about them is inferred, bought or guessed — every line below is an interaction with your account.

Simulated — an illustration of the mechanic, not a real contact. Weights, half-life, window and tier cut-offs are all settings, and changing any of them rescores your list immediately.

Mechanics

What is actually happening.

Four sources, one list

A direct message, a story reply, a story mention or a public comment: each one creates or updates a contact. Events are deduplicated on Instagram's own id, so a redelivered webhook never counts twice. Your outbound replies are recorded too, at zero weight, so the timeline still reads in order.

Hot, warm and cold — against your own account

The tiers are percentile cuts inside your own audience, not an industry average: the top fifth is hot, the top half is warm. Absolute floors sit underneath both, so a quiet fortnight can never promote someone who barely engaged. The whole list is rescored nightly.

Qualified means they answered

A DM rule can ask a question before it hands anything over. Fluxo sends it, parks the conversation and waits for the next reply — for up to seven days. When a real email address arrives, the lead is written with that address attached and marked qualified. Silence stays silent; nothing is inferred.

The honest edges

What it will not do.

Every one of these is a deliberate choice, and each one is the reason a different line on this page is trustworthy.

No follower list

Instagram has not published follower identities to any app since 2018, and Fluxo does not scrape. A tool that shows you a full follower list is collecting it in a way that puts your account at risk. You get the people who engaged instead — which is the half you can actually do something with.

Profile details need consent

Name, picture, follower count and whether someone follows you come from Meta's profile API, and it only answers for people who have messaged you. A commenter who never sent a DM stays a username, and the app tells you why rather than filling the gap.

Leads expire on purpose

A captured lead carries a retention clock — 90 days by default, set per rule — and a nightly job deletes it when the clock runs out. You can export the lead list as CSV, or the entire account as JSON, at any point before that.
