Reach, views, interactions, likes, comments, shares, saves, replies, profile link taps, and followers gained per day.
Fluxo never calls Instagram while you are looking at it. Background jobs pull your account, post and story metrics on a schedule and write them into your own database; the dashboard only ever reads from there. That is why it opens instantly, why a rate limit at Meta cannot take your reporting down, and why your history keeps going after Instagram's own window has closed.
Instagram is polled, never queried on demand. Each class of data has its own cadence, chosen around how fast it changes and how long Meta will still answer for it.
Reach, views, interactions, likes, comments, shares, saves, replies, profile link taps, and followers gained per day.
The refresh interval widens as a post ages, because a three-day-old post still moves and a three-month-old one does not.
Views, replies, and the tap-forward, tap-back, tap-exit and swipe-away breakdown. After 24 hours Instagram has nothing left to give.
Instagram withholds plenty: demographics below 100 followers, several metrics on reels, and anything it decided to retire. A missing number is drawn as a dash with the reason attached — never as a zero, and never as a fabricated trend.
Simulated — an illustration of the refresh model and the empty states, not a real account.
Feed posts report reach, then profile visits, then bio link taps, then follows. Fluxo assembles those into one funnel and divides only by the posts that reported both halves of a ratio. Reels do not report those steps at all, so reels are left out rather than quietly averaged in.
A post's reach is plotted hour by hour across its first week against the median curve of your recent posts of the same type. That baseline only appears once at least five comparable posts have contributed to it. There is no industry average here, and no other account's data is ever involved.
When a comment rule captures a lead, the post it came from is written onto the record. So the lead count is not an estimate: you can see which post produced it, and what share of that post's commenters came through. Those are your own events, so they land in seconds rather than on the polling clock.
Reporting is the easiest place on a marketing site to invent something. These are the lines this product does not cross.
Anything sourced from Instagram is minutes to hours old and the page says when it was captured. Only your own first-party events — messages, comments and captured leads — are near-instant, because Fluxo owns those tables.
You are compared against your own history and nothing else. There is no vertical average, no competitor tracking, and no data pooled between accounts on the platform.
Meta retired impressions, gates demographics behind a follower floor, and simply omits metrics for some post types. Where a number is missing, Fluxo shows a dash and the reason. Trend deltas are suppressed outright when a window is not fully covered.
